Uses for the small 1 3/8” diameter roller range from: conveying small cartons, tote pans, bins, planks, books, magazines, small slave pallets, and many more. Some actual applications would include: Manual push assembly lines, and for staging products in shipping department areas. The 1 3/8” diameter roller is available in plain steel, aluminum, or galvanized construction, with either 1/4” round spring-loaded axles, or with 5/16” spring-loaded hex axles. These rollers are also available in 304SS stainless steel for special applications.The main advantages of the 1 3/8” diameter roller is: (1) cost, and (2) close roller centers to accommodate very small products.
