Uses for the 1.900” diameter roller range from: conveying boxes, cartons, tote pans, bins, planks, books, cases, medium size slave pallets, and many more. Some actual applications would include: Manual push and gravity feed assembly lines, and for flow rack applications in pick & package areas. The 1.900” diameter roller is available in plain steel, or galvanized construction, with 7/16” spring-loaded hex axles. These rollers are also available in 304SS stainless steel for special applications.The main advantages of the 1.900” diameter roller is: (1) economical conveyance of medium weight products, and (2) excellent gravity flow characteristics to accommodate medium size products.
