These rollers are precision ground to desired degree of taper from centerline of roller to bearing seat. (Both sides) Crowned rollers are normally used in belt conveyors with speeds exceeding 100 FPM. The main purpose of the crowned conveyor roller is to aid in belt tracking for higher speed belt conveyors.
